Sandi and I began working together several years ago when she was interested in working on a follow up cd to Rubbergirl . We toyed with a variety of her songs (of which she has many), each evolving in or out of the project, until a few songs appeared that seemed to fit. The result, is a combination of styles, feels, and musical colors; much like the allure of a true summer night in New Orleans !
